Tina Clay Yoga & Meditation

  At least once a day, but probably more than once, I either tell someone or think to myself, "These are difficult times." That thought is most often followed up by a feeling of immense gratitude for the practices of yoga and meditation. Now more than ever, we are seeing the benefits of befriending our body and coming home to our breath.
  During this difficult time (See, I'm saying it again!), when everything else is uncertain, when our sense of normalcy has been disrupted, when our favorite things to do are forbidden by things outside of our control - we come back to the foundation of yoga and meditation - this present moment.
